Abstract

The prolongation of life and work capacity of the middle-aged and mature person is one of the most important social problems that fundamentally corresponds to the workers of Physical Culture and Sport in the fight for health and longevity. The pace of aging varies according to individuals, it is an individual process that changes with peoples and social differences. Therefore, aging is a complex and varied process that depends not only on biological causes, but also on the social conditions of life and a series of factors of a material, environmental nature, etc. One of the diseases that can occur in the elderly is asthma which is generally considered as a frequent condition. The presence in our country of people with bronchial asthma is high and has a marked prevalence in the elderly
