Abstract
In Basketball the most used shot is the shot with one hand on the shoulder jumping. In its initial position the ball is held with two hands at the waist and then by means of an impulse of the legs and pendulum of arms, the player jumps up and brings the ball to the initial position to execute the shot with one hand on the shoulder, then when he is at the highest point of the flight the player throws the ball into the basket in the same way as when he takes this shot from the spot, but considering that the shot itself is executed without the participation of the legs, therefore the arm extension should be stronger and faster.
