Valoración del sistema digital de enseñanza entre estudiantes de educación continua en el Ecuador

Resumo
Introducción: Este estudio explora la relación entre los sistemas digitales de enseñanza y la calidad de la educación continua en una universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador, tras la pandemia de COVID-19. Objetivo: El objetivo general fue evaluar las percepciones de los estudiantes, identificando barreras, oportunidades y el impacto en su experiencia educativa. Metodología: Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y correlacional, aplicando una encuesta estructurada a 189 estudiantes de ocho cursos. La encuesta, basada en una escala de Likert de cinco puntos, incluyó preguntas relacionadas con accesibilidad, interactividad, soporte técnico, personalización, satisfacción, relevancia del contenido, resultados de aprendizaje y aplicabilidad profesional. Resultados: Los resultados mostraron una correlación muy fuerte y significativa entre el sistema digital y la calidad educativa (Rho de Spearman = 0,968; p < 0,01). Sin embargo, se identificaron áreas críticas de mejora, como el soporte técnico, donde el 48,7% de los estudiantes estuvo en desacuerdo con su eficacia, y la personalización de contenidos, con el 42,3% en desacuerdo. Conclusiones: Las conclusiones resaltan la necesidad de optimizar la infraestructura tecnológica, personalizar los materiales educativos y establecer sistemas de soporte técnico robustos. Estas estrategias buscan mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje y garantizar una mayor satisfacción y aplicabilidad profesional de los cursos.
