Abstract

"Currently, there is sufficient evidence that a regular exercise program reduces blood pressure by about 10 mm Hg. This is considered a significant reduction of blood pressure in the therapeutic area, greatly favored when compared to medical treatments because of its lack of side effects, in addition to the fact that it presupposes healthy lifestyle habits, increased quality of life and sustainable development, based on the low material and monetary cost required for its implementation and monitoring”.
