ANATOMÍA DIGITAL
It is published by the prestigious publishing house Ciencia Digital, based in Ecuador. It is published quarterly (it publishes four issues a year in the first days of the months of January, April, July and October), and accepts the submission of original works in Spanish, Portuguese and English for the acceptance and publication of scientific articles related to Health Sciences, aimed at the transfer of research, innovation and development results, with special interest in:
1.Original articles: includes unpublished works that may be of interest to the journal's readers.
2.Clinical cases: exceptional, rare, infrequent report that will be accompanied by a review of the state of the art.
3.Special Communications: Free-form manuscripts (consensus papers, continuing education, technical reports, or in-depth reviews of a topic) that will typically be published by invitation.
4.Analysis and opinions from experts of recognized national and international prestige on medical education.
5.It will cover all levels of medical education and health science professionals, from undergraduate and graduate levels to continuing education, in order to analyse experiences and stimulate new currents of thought in the field of medical education. It will serve as a forum for innovation in the discipline of medical education, with the greatest possible academic rigor.
The vision is to become a model publication and communication space and a reference for all members of the scientific community, both national and international.
The objective is to establish a link between the teaching and research work of the educational community and its participants with the State, Society and the International Academy to contribute to individual development and that of society in general. It publishes original research articles in the areas of Health Sciences. All of them are aimed at readers with higher education, university teachers or not, and those who are interested in learning, expanding and deepening their knowledge from academic and scientific perspectives.
The mission of Anatomía Digital is to serve as a dissemination body for scientific publications in biomedical, epidemiological and social sciences, both original research and reviews and updates, within a framework of scientific and ethical rigor, through peer review and an Editorial Committee. The fulfillment of this editorial work implies a national and international context that selects the best evidence and experience to contribute to the generation of knowledge in the areas of health and disease, in such a way as to be a useful instrument in the training and education of health professionals.
